This term is common in the online course world, but R.J. wants to be sure you understand it. If you purchase the Trailblazer or Pathfinder tier, you'll receive an email with a Zoom link for each monthly call. R.J. will consistently offer encouragement and advice to help you find and fulfill your calling at age 50+. Additionally, R.J. will invite everyone to ask questions and share their challenges and successes. Think of the Zoom calls as a private community for ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability.

That depends on what you mean by "complete." You can watch all 70 videos in 18 hours (faster by increasing the play speed). It will, of course, take longer than that to talk with God about them and apply what you learn. How long it takes to get the full benefit of the course depends on where you are in your Christian Calling Journey and God's timing for your calling. If you're halfway through your Valley of Identity, you might get the full benefit in a few months. If you're at the start of your Valley of Identity, it could take a year or more to apply all the concepts. Either way, you're almost certain to reach your Fulfillment Stage sooner with Christian Calling Quest than without it, because you'll discover more quickly how God wants you to move forward. Finding and fulfilling your calling at age 50+ cannot be rushed. You're heading into the most impactful phase of your Christian calling, and it takes time to grow into it.

R.J. grew up Southern Baptist and remained in that denomination until she was 30. The church where she served as a discipleship and leadership pastor was a United Methodist Church that later became a Global Methodist Church. R.J. and her husband are currently members of a non-denominational church. However, she has successfully coached clients from many Christian traditions, including Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist, Lutheran, and Catholic. R.J. has never coached anyone who disagreed with Christian Calling Quest's theology enough to consider dropping out.

No. Finding and fulfilling your calling is ultimately a God thing. Therefore, no human being can guarantee those results. However, the purpose of Christian Calling Quest is to offer you a process and tools that have proven helpful and transformational for many people in finding and fulfilling their calling at age 50+. 

Coaching calls with R.J. last 50 minutes. The client sets the agenda with R.J.'s guidance. For example, the client might want to discuss something from the course, or something from another part of his or her life or calling. The client might also ask for additional teaching, encouragement, accountability, or other resources. Each call begins with R.J. asking what the client wants to get out of the call and concludes with key takeaways and next steps. The main goals of the coaching calls are to grow a next-level relationship with Christ and to see real progress in finding and fulfilling your Christian calling.

Maybe, for two reasons. First, Christian Calling Quest might help you if you're under age 50 and have already reached your Valley of Identity. That's not common, but it does happen. Therefore, if you're under age 50 and strongly identify with what you've been reading on this page, you might have already reached your Valley of Identity.
