Where You Are in Your Calling at age 50+

• You’re either in your Valley of Identity or your Fulfillment Stage.
• Your Fulfillment Stage begins after you grow a next-level relationship with God and take the first step into your Fulfillment Role.

Where You’re Going in Your Calling at Age 50+

• If you’re currently in your Valley of Identity, you’re headed for your Fulfillment Stage.
• If you’re already in your Fulfillment Stage, you’re headed for the next Phase of the 4 Phases of Fulfillment, shown below:
  • Dig In
  • Ramp Up
  • Max Out
  • Add On

How You’ll Get Where You’re Going in Your Calling at Age 50+

• If you’re currently in your Valley of Identity, you’ll reach Fulfillment by fulfilling God’s 4 Purposes for that Valley, shown below:
  • Grow a next-level relationship with God.
  • Get Confidence for your calling by becoming who God created you to be.
  • Gain Clarity for your calling by discovering what God created you to do.
  • Build Courage for your calling by doing what God created you to do.
• If you’re already in your Fulfillment Stage, you’ll move to the next Phase of Fulfillment by:
  • Continuing God’s 4 purposes above, and …
  • Fulfilling God’s goal for your current Fulfillment Phase, shown below:
    • Dig In: Produce the first significant fruit in your new Fulfillment Calling.
    • Ramp Up: Become a confident expert in your Fulfillment Calling.
    • Max Out: Finish well in your life and calling.
    • Add On: Trust and follow God’s timing for your Main, Developer, and Connector Roles.

Yes, I understand—that’s quite a lot! If you’re making good progress toward the next stage of your Christian journey after age 50, that's wonderful!
